Joining this site by completion of the joining form is deemed to be acceptance by you of these terms and conditions.

1. VoteWithYourWheels.co.uk and .com (VWYW, we, us ,our) reserves the right to restrict membership of the site in any way it sees fit, and to terminate membership for any reason without explanation.

2. By joining the site you agree to receive any messages that we send to you in relation to consumer matters.

3. We will use any information you supply to us for the purpose of the site only and any such information will be held securely in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal details will not be sold, transferred, hired or lent to any person or organisation other than required by, or permitted by, law.

4. We will not send you spam or sell/hire/lend your email address to anyone else.

5. You may leave the site at any time by going to our unsubscribe page.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the prize draw is restricted to one entry per registered member.

2. Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.

3. Member registrations entered and validated before Midnight 31st May 2010 only shall be entered into this prize draw.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. This prize draw is open to UK residents only.

6. Employees of VWYW and their relatives are not eligible for entry.

7. The prize can only be sent to a valid UK address.

8. No alternative prize will be offered.

9. The Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

10. The Winner will be contacted via email and published on our website.

11. The Winner agrees to any publicity campaigns that VWYW may use to promote the service.

12. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

13. VWYW is compliant with the UK Data Protection Act and we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
